Durante los últimos meses 2013, Lisbeth de Cambra, periodista y secretaria general de la seccional Caracas del Colegio Nacional de Periodistas, denunció a IPYS Venezuela que está siendo seguida por supuestos funcionarios de cuerpos de seguridad de inteligencia policial. Señaló que, también, ha afectado a su hijo. La situación se presenta en Caracas, Distrito Capital.
Lisbeth de Cambra señaló que en los últimos dos meses efectivos de inteligencia la están siguiendo de manera ilegal. Relató que el 3 de julio de 2013, su hijo, tuvo un accidente de tránsito, luego que supuestamente perdiera el control del vehículo, propiedad de Cambra, debido a que varios carros lo estaban siguiendo. Según el relato de la periodista, un funcionario policial que levantó el accidente les informó que el automóvil estaría siendo siguiendo por agentes de inteligencia policial, desde hacía 10 días.
Cambra relató que en otras oportunidades, en actividades públicas, se ha percatado que está siguiendo seguida por personas no identificadas.
La periodista argumenta que esta situación se puede generar producto a sus declaraciones en diversos medios de comunicación, en calidad de secretaria de CNP Caracas, ante diversos hechos que afectan las actividades comunicacionales en el país.

Caracas: Journalist denounced she is possibly being followed by the police
In the past few months of 2013, Lisbeth de Cambra, a journalist and the secretary general of the Caracas office of the National College of Journalists, denounced at IPYS Venezuela that she is being followed by supposed police intelligence security corps officers. She pointed out that this has also affected her son. This situation is taking place in Caracas, capital district.
Lisbeth de Cambra pointed out that, in the past two months, intelligence officers are illegally following her. She recounted that on July 3, 2013, her son suffered a car accident, after he allegedly lost control of the vehicle owned by Cambra, because several vehicles were following him. As told by the journalist, a police officer who did the sketch of the accident informed them that the automobile was being followed by police intelligence officers since 10 days.
Cambra said that at other times, in public activities, she realized she was being followed by unidentified persons.
The journalist argued that this situation may be a result of her declarations in several media, as the secretary of CNP Caracas, on account of diverse events which have affected the activities of communicating in the nation.
